Welcome to Debugged Tech Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.
Billing and Payments
All services are pro-rated at the time of purchase.
Future invoices are billed on the 1st of every month.
We do not offer yearly billing options; all services are billed on a monthly basis.
Payment must be received by the due date listed on your invoice to avoid service interruption.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with our services.
After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but you may cancel your services effective at the next billing cycle.
Domain purchases and renewals are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds, when applicable, will only be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
Service Cancellation
You may cancel your web hosting or related services at any time.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellations must be completed prior to the next billing date (the 1st of the month).
Domain Registration and Transfers
All domain registrations and renewals are final and non-refundable.
Domains purchased or renewed through Debugged Tech Services cannot be transferred to another registrar for 90 days following registration or renewal, in accordance with ICANN policy.
You retain ownership of your domain as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
Service Agreements
Web hosting customers are not locked into long-term contracts and may cancel at any time as outlined above.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future updates.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to hosting malicious software, engaging in phishing, or violating intellectual property rights.
Debugged Tech Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of this policy without notice.
Modifications
Debugged Tech Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
Limitation of Liability
Debugged Tech Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
